30+ Years of Exhibition Experience:
What We Have Learned
With over 30 years of experience in the exhibition industry, we have had the opportunity to work on numerous projects with a wide range of companies. Through these experiences, we have learned that an effective exhibition booth is not defined by its design alone, but also by how well a company prepares, communicates its message, and engages with visitors.
How Our Experience Was Built

Starting Our Journey in Exhibitions
We began our journey with our first exhibition projects in Japan. Through design, decoration, and construction, we gradually gained a deeper understanding of the exhibition industry in practice. Each project became a new experience, laying the foundation for our development in the years that followed.
Working with International Clients
Working with international clients introduced us to new requirements and approaches. We gradually realized that every business has its own way of telling its brand story. These experiences broadened our perspective on design and exhibition spaces, shaping the way we approach each project.
Growing Our Exhibition Experience
Through a growing number of exhibition projects, we continued to build our expertise in exhibition booth design, construction, and production.
Broadening Our Design Perspective
We expanded our presence overseas by opening a design office in Wuxi, China and continued to expand our exhibition business and build experience through a wide range of projects across different industries.
A New Chapter in Vietnam
We opened our factory in Hoa Binh, Vietnam, establishing a production base to support our growing exhibition business.
First Hanoi Office
The Hanoi office was established, marking a new stage in our development in Vietnam. While continuing to support exhibition projects in Japan, our team gradually expanded its expertise beyond design, strengthening our exhibition support capabilities across Japan, Vietnam, and other international markets.
Expanding Our Exhibition Support in Vietnam
Our Hanoi office moved to a new location as our team in Vietnam continued to grow, welcoming new members who brought fresh energy and perspectives. Today, we combine the experience gained through our projects in Japan with local capabilities in design, construction, and direct project support in Vietnam. Experience gives us the foundation. A new generation gives us the perspective to move forward.
What We Have Learned
1. A Beautiful Booth is Not Necessarily an Effective Booth
A booth can make a strong impression at first glance, but that does not necessarily mean it is effectively supporting the company’s objectives.
Through many projects, we have learned that design should always begin with one fundamental question: What does the company want to achieve at the exhibition?
When the goal is to find business partners, the way the space is organized will be different from that of a brand focused on brand awareness. When products need to be experienced firsthand, the space should also be designed differently from a booth primarily intended for meetings.
For us, an effective booth is therefore not judged solely by how good it looks, but by how well it supports the company’s objectives.
2. Simplicity Over Complexity
In an exhibition environment, visitors often have only a few seconds to notice and recognize a brand. Trying to include too much information in a booth can sometimes make the key message harder to understand.
Over time, we have learned that simplicity does not mean having less. It means knowing what is truly necessary.
What message should visitors see first? Which products should be prioritized? Which elements add value, and which only make the space more complicated?
Removing what is unnecessary allows what matters most to become clearer. This is also the philosophy we continue to embrace: Simplify to Refine — remove the unnecessary to enhance what matters.

3. Design Starts with People
A booth is not simply meant to be looked at. It needs to function effectively. How will visitors approach the booth? Where will they stop? What will encourage them to step inside? Where will they view products, experience them, or talk with the staff? At the same time, the company’s team needs to use the space throughout the exhibition. They need places to welcome visitors, introduce products, meet with partners, and carry out their work.
That is why, when designing a booth, we don't look at the space only from a designer’s perspective. We try to see it through the eyes of the people who will actually use it.
A good design is not simply one that looks beautiful on paper. It should create a natural experience for the brand, the team, and the visitors.
4. Every Business, Its Own Approach
After many years of working with businesses across a wide range of industries, we have learned that there is no single formula for every exhibition booth. Every business has its own brand, products, target audience, and exhibition objectives.
Some businesses need an open space to attract more visitors. Others need to prioritize meeting areas for discussions with partners. Some need to dedicate more space to product presentation and hands-on experiences. That is why we do not begin a project with a pre-designed template.
We begin by listening — understanding the brand, products, customers, and objectives of each business — and only then developing a solution that fits. For us, every booth is a unique challenge.

After more than 30 years, we have learned that experience in the exhibition industry is not about having a fixed formula to apply to every project. Instead, experience teaches us when to simplify, when to change our approach, and when to go back to the most fundamental questions.
-
Understand the objectives.
-
Listen to the people.
-
Remove what is unnecessary.
-
And create a space that is right for each business.
These are the principles we continue to carry with us in every project — in Japan, Vietnam, and other markets around the world.
